IMPORTANT PRIVACY INFORMATION (SUMMARY)
- AI Room Restyler lets you upload room photos and optional prompts to generate design results.
- We process only the photos and prompts you choose to upload for editing.
- We use third-party services to provide core functionality and analytics: OpenAI (image generation), Amazon Web Services (cloud storage/infrastructure), and Firebase Analytics/Crashlytics (analytics and crash reporting).
- We do not show third-party ads in the app and we do not sell personal data.
- You can control permissions (camera/photos) in your device settings and request deletion of your data by contacting us.

1. PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER

2. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
2.1. Data you provide directly
- Identifiers: When you contact support, we may collect your email address.
- Purchase Data: We do not store credit card details. We receive limited info from the Apple App Store regarding purchase time, amount, and subscription status.
- Content: Room photos, optional reference images, and prompts you choose to upload to generate designs. We remove EXIF metadata (such as location) on your device before upload.
- Feedback/Communications: Information you provide through customer support channels.
2.2. Data collected automatically
- Device & Basic Location Data: IP address, time zone, device type, operating system, and mobile carrier.
- Usage & Diagnostics Data: Feature usage, session duration, purchase funnel events, and crash reports.
3. FOR WHAT PURPOSES WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA
- To provide our Service: We use AWS for storage/infrastructure and OpenAI to process and transform images you upload.
- To customize your experience: Using your data to adjust content and features to your preferences.
- To provide customer support: Responding to technical requests or security notices.
- To analyze usage: We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the app and improve features.
- For security and compliance: Detect, prevent, or address fraud, abuse, and technical issues, and comply with legal obligations.

- Consent (where required): For processing uploaded content and any analytics features that require consent in your region.
- Performance of Contract: To provide the core services you signed up for.

You can also revoke camera or photo permissions at any time in your device settings. Your design history is stored locally on your device, and you can delete individual items in the app.
7. AGE LIMITATION
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
8. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
We may transfer personal data to countries outside of your residence (e.g., the United States). If we transfer data from the EEA to a country without an adequacy decision, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to protect your information.
9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may modify this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Uploaded content is stored for up to 24 hours to generate results, then deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
