IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING AUTOMATIC RENEWALS
This Service includes subscriptions that automatically renew. Please read these terms of use (the "Terms") carefully before starting a trial or completing a purchase for our auto-renewing subscription service.
To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of your trial or current billing cycle. By purchasing an automatically renewing subscription, you acknowledge and agree to its recurring nature. If you do not cancel in time, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current rate.
- App Store: If you subscribed via the Apple App Store, refund requests and cancellations are handled directly by Apple through your Apple ID settings.
Deleting the app or your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms govern the relationship between you and AI Room Restyler ("we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the AI Room Restyler mobile application, website, and related services (the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
- Age Restriction: The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.
- Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
- Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
3. USE OF THE SERVICE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use.
- Ownership: The Service, including software, logos, UI design, and trademarks, remains our exclusive property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Service or any part of it.
- User-Generated Content (UGC): You may upload images, text, or data ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, and modify such content to operate, improve, and provide the Service.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Service may use third-party services that are subject to their own terms and policies. You agree that your use of those services is governed by the applicable third-party terms.
5. GENERATIVE AI FEATURES
The Service includes features powered by artificial intelligence.
- Input and Output: You may provide "Input" (e.g., photos of rooms) and receive "Output" (e.g., AI-rendered designs). As between you and us, you own the Output to the extent permitted by law, subject to these Terms.
- AI Restrictions: You agree not to use AI features to generate:
- Sexually explicit or pornographic content.
- Content that depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal acts.
- Content that infringes on the intellectual property or privacy of others.
- Misleading or "deepfake" content intended to deceive.
- Nature of AI: You acknowledge that AI-generated Output may not be unique across users and that we do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI results.
6. DEVICE SECURITY, CONNECTIVITY, AND CHARGES
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are liable for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@roomrestyler.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Device Security: You are responsible for keeping your device and access to the Service secure. Do not jailbreak or root your device, as it may compromise security and affect Service performance.
- Connectivity: Some features require an active internet connection. We are not responsible if the Service does not function fully without Wi-Fi or if you exceed your data plan.
- Carrier Charges: Your mobile provider's terms apply. You are responsible for any data or roaming charges incurred while using the Service.
- Battery: You are responsible for keeping your device charged to access the Service.
7. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed at the start of the period (monthly/yearly) through your Apple ID account.
- Free Trials: If you start a free trial, your subscription will convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing and will provide notice through the App Store before any change takes effect.
- Refunds: Except as required by law, Apple handles refunds and billing disputes for App Store purchases.
8. UPDATES AND TERMINATION
We may update the Service from time to time, and you agree to accept updates when offered. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or compatible with your device or operating system. We may stop providing the Service or terminate your access at any time. Upon termination, your rights and licenses under these Terms will end and you must stop using the Service.
9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT AND ABUSE PREVENTION
You agree NOT to:
- Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Service.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Use the Service to develop a competing product or service.
- Interfere with the security features of the Service.
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
We may monitor usage to prevent abuse, fraud, or misuse and to protect the Service. If suspicious or harmful activity is detected, we may automatically limit or block access temporarily.
10. REFUNDS AND ACTIVITY LOG SHARING
If you request a refund, we may share relevant activity logs with the App Store to help verify your usage. This is limited to what is necessary to process the request.
11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL AI ROOM RESTYLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
